We want to assure you that you’ll still have a rockstar local team ready to help bring your next project to life and we’ll do anything we can to ease this transition. With all of this change can come with questions, so let's dig in: 

 

What’s Different?

• The Team - Your previous shop was operating primarily as a one-person show. At Salute, you’ll have an entire crew behind every order. From sales and design to screen printing and embroidery, we’ve got people who specialize in every step of the process.

 

• The Process - We have been honing our craft for 10 years, with production experience of over 20! Our process from the moment you reach out to the moment you have your order in-hand is streamlined, meaning you get incredible customer service and high quality products efficiently and in a timely manner.

 

• The Production Time - Our average turnaround for screen printing and embroidery is 2 - 3 weeks after your order is finalized. During our busiest seasons, that can shift closer to 2.5 - 3.5 weeks. Have a hard deadline? Let us know! We almost always have a little wiggle room and will happily check our production schedule to see what we can make happen.

 

• The Minimums - For screen printing, our minimum is 12 items per design. For embroidery, it’s 6 items per design. You can mix and match garment styles within those quantities as long as they’re receiving the same decoration.

 

• The Art Time - Have an idea but need some help bringing it to life? That’s what our design team is here for. Custom design work is billed at $60 per hour. However we do offer the first 15 minutes absolutely FREE, and the good news is that most basic designs fall in that free window.

 

• The Location - While we did not keep the former location, you won’t have to go far. We have two, yes, two, local locations for your convenience:

Nampa Office: 1120 Caldwell Blvd. Nampa, ID 83651

 

Do you have access to all our art files?

• Sure do, everything your prior shop had saved for your business was passed along to us.

 

Do you have records of what we’ve ordered in the past?

• Yes, we have access to previous estimates and invoices, so we can reference your past projects when helping with your next one.

 

Are you able to get the same items we’ve ordered before?

• Absolutely and then some. We work with a huge network of suppliers, so whether you’re looking for an exact item, something similar or something completely new, let us know what you have in mind and we’ll do the digging.

Who do I place my order with?

• Start by emailing Sales@saluteapparel.com and one of our sales reps will take it from there. And if you find someone you love working with, great! You’re welcome to reach out to them directly for your future projects.

Who is Salute Apparel?

Salute Apparel started in Aaron Hale’s garage back in 2015. What started small didn’t stay small for very long. In 2016, Aaron purchased longtime Boise staple T-Shirts Plus and established Salute’s storefront in Boise. In 2018, Bulldog Shirt Shop joined the crew, giving us the opportunity to expand into Nampa. And apparently, we developed a bit of a habit. Two Ocean Prints joined Salute in 2020, followed by Custom Image in 2022. In 2026, we welcomed Idaho Shirt Shack and now, Myatt’s Shirts & Sports to the Salute family.

 

Kristi came aboard during that very first merger with T-Shirts Plus and has been the powerhouse behind Salute ever since, overseeing our crew and making sure everyone has what they need to keep things moving smoothly. Through all that growth, one thing hasn’t changed: we’re a local company run by local people who have a lot of pride in the work we put out.

 

Our sales team looks for ways to make your project work better. Our designers create artwork meant to stand out. Our production crew obsesses over getting the details right. And from the first conversation to the final box, quality is something the entire team has a hand in.

 

We just celebrated 10 years of Salute Apparel, and we’re pretty damn excited about what comes next. And now, you’re part of it.
